We get it. Life happens. Sometimes two things get scheduled at the same time. People catch colds, kids catch colds, people with kids catch lots of colds. People may pick up a shift last minute. People forget.

We don’t like charging fees for cancelled or missed appointments. But our wonderful RMTs do need filled appointments to earn a living. If appointments get cancelled without proper notice, we are not able to fill those appointment slots and RMTs take the financial hit.

To balance this, our cancellation policy is strict, but light. Cancel with less than 24 hours notice, there is a small fee. For “no shows” there is a slightly bigger (but still small) fee. These fees are applied automatically every time. Applying these fees each time allows us to keep our fees low. Low fees mean that you never have to worry about paying full price for an appointment that you couldn’t make it to.
